“They’ve done such a great job with our bathroom – the kitchen is the next on the list!”

Mike and Jane Jackson decided they wanted to update a few areas of the house and a new family bathroom was the first on the agenda!

The Jacksons have used Spinks for many different projects over the years but also for buying central heating parts from the plumbing and heating side of the business.

The now family bathroom was previously a single bedroom and the couple wanted to transform this room into a much more utilised part of the house.

Mike and Jane opted to utilise the Spinks design service which included CAD drawings of how the new bathroom would look. This as a very important feature of the design process with the couple completely changing the rooms use.

The Jacksons knew they wanted a grey themed bathroom with floor standing bath, large shower cubicle and the use of silicone kept to a minimum!

Marie, Spinks Bathroom Manager listened to the couple’s brief and came up with three different layouts, these were then whittled down and ideas chosen from each to be added to the finished plan!

The installed items include the basin furniture from the Dansani -Luna range in Grey gloss, the floor standing, feature bath tub is from the fashionable Victoria & Albert- Ravello range, the bath and basin taps are part on the Axor Stark designer range from Hansgrohe and finally the digital shower with remote is from Aqualisa – part of the Infinia collection.

The result is a spacious and practical family bathroom that looks amazing! The floor to ceiling tiles from Villeroy and Boch add extra depth to the room and the slight colour change on the floor compliments the rest of the bathroom perfectly. There are a lot of furniture items installed, but there is still ample space in the bathroom to fully appreciate its beauty and use it to its full potential.

Jane Jackson said…

“From day one, the Spinks team was great. Everyone from Marie who designed the bathroom to Ryan who helped us get the accessories in my car! Thank you!

“We will be in touch when we have our new kitchen plans in mind!”

Thinking about your dream bathroom?
Our showrooms are closed but we're still here
On 2nd November following the announcement of the current lockdown we sought clarity from the Government via the BMF (Builders Merchants Federation) around the situation regarding our showrooms. The response on 2nd November from a Government representative was that we could continue to operate our showrooms as normal under our Covid 19 safety restrictions.
The Government has now changed this advice and late yesterday (17th November) we have now been asked to close our showrooms which we have done immediately.
We are still open for enquires and  design requests and hope to be welcoming customers again into our showrooms on 3rd December. Thank you, and stay safe.
