Mr & Mrs Slater’s
Hotel Chic Bathroom
“The whole project went like clockwork, we are thrilled.”
Mr and Mrs Slater decided they wanted a new bathroom in their Doncaster home as in their own words were entering a ‘certain a time of life’ – and it was a now or never decision.
The couple visited several home improvement showrooms and stores to look at bathroom furniture, sanitary ware and tiles but wanted to find a team that could seamlessly manage it all for them.
When the couple converted their beautiful barn in the mid 70’s, they had used Spinks for certain aspects of the renovation and knew of the quality on offer.
Mrs Slater visited the Spinks showroom and saw everything she wanted under one roof.
Mrs Slater gave our designers the term ‘Hotel Chic’ to work with and knew that she wanted a lower bath, larger shower and a modern feel.
Then left the Spinks team to work their magic.
Designer Lee and Showroom Manager Marie came up with a couple of designs for the Slaters to look over which included their initial brief and some added extras to create the perfect, future-proofed bathroom for the couple to enjoy for many years to come.
The couple chose all the aspects they liked best to create a stunning design to work from!
Once this was signed off, the work could begin!
The result is a stunning future proofed bathroom that the Slaters can use for many years to come. The contrasting dark grey furniture, light grey marble effect matching floor to ceiling tiles alongside the teal accessories and lighting in the alcoves, all combine to create a beautifully modern, yet practical design.

The Hotel Chic brief was very much delivered on.

“We were very impressed from start to finish with our bathroom project. The expert advice was second to none and the meticulous care taken throughout planning was just brilliant. The whole project went like a dream, it was faultless. We were consulted the whole way through the bathroom makeover and all the staff were very easy to get on with from Lee and Marie to the installers Mick and Steve.”
