Mr and Mrs Cooper were having a brand new house built and needed 8 bathrooms to be designed, supplied and fitted. They had an existing interior designer who originally planned the bathrooms and came up with some bespoke ideas which they loved.

To put these ideas together, they approached another bathroom showroom but were disappointed with what they had to offer.

The builder of their new house recommended Spinks Interiors – he had worked with us on many projects previously and said we’d be the perfect choice for the job.

With his advice, the Cooper family came to see Marie, our Bathroom Showroom Manager to discuss their thoughts. They already had the bathroom layouts but they needed guidance and assistance putting them together. Their key requirements were they needed Spinks Interiors to create a bespoke Corian double sink for the master ensuite, wanted to use various shades of grey and neutral tones throughout and wanted each bathroom to have its own unique feel.

After the initial meeting at our Doncaster showroom, Marie went out to have a look at the 8 different bathrooms at the Cooper household to gain a feel for the size and layout of each room, and to get a greater understanding of what they were looking for.

With the brief in place, Marie then put her ideas to paper and created a number of CAD drawings that covered everything the Cooper’s wanted, as well as including some suggestions of her own. Tiles were selected and samples were sent out to the couple to make the final decision. Shower heads, taps, fittings, radiators and mirrors were individually selected for each room. Practical storage solutions were created so that bathroom essentials could be hidden away and a TV was even added into the master en suite.

As it was a new home Marie made numerous site visits at key stages of the build to ensure that dimensions and sizes were all correct to the original measure and make adjustments if required. Tweaks were also made to some of the original plans including adding cleverly designed deeper storage solutions in the family bathroom . Once the fit began Marie worked closely with the builders, plumbers, tilers and electricians throughout to ensure that everything went to plan, regularly consulting with the Coopers every step of the way.

Eight stunning bespoke bathrooms were created, together with a show stopping master ensuite, including double sinks with a wealth of storage, a Jacuzzi bath and overhead showers with different jet types to choose from.

Size, specification and light was key to this project. The porcelain tiles encompass the modern grey and white colour theme and give the bathroom a gorgeous, luxe feel.

From start to finish the whole project took a total of 3 months and everything was completed to time.
